Bereaved by suicide groups

Bereaved by Suicide Support Group
Held throughout the year, these groups run over 8 weeks and are aimed at being practical, supportive, and educational. Members are able to share thoughts and feelings about what's happened, discuss the nature of suicide and gain information and ideas about how to care for themselves and others, including children, after a suicide. The group is facilitated by professional counsellors and educators. It is open to young adults 17 yrs + and adults bereaved by suicide.
