Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders will be delivered within 7 working days, unless out of stock, in which case delivery may take up to six weeks. We will inform you of your order’s progress. Please note that the prices may be subject to change.

Multiple-order discounts may be available on request.

Postage and packaging will be added to all orders.

An invoice can be sent if you do not have a credit card and wish to pay by cheque. We ask that this is paid promptly.

Items are not sold on approval. Once resources are ordered as purchases they are not refundable - unless faulty.

As a not-for-profit agency, we offer a common sense, law based refund policy to all its clients. Please choose carefully because we do not provide a refund unless the items are faulty.
