Programmes and Courses

Travellers is a school-based programme that is delivered by trained facilitators from within the school environment. Facilitators guide students through fun yet relevant activities, using the "Life is a Journey" metaphor.

Waves is an eight week programme that aims to support adults aged 18 and older who have been bereaved by suicide.

Parenting Through Separation (PTS)

PTS is a free information course for individual parents who have separated or who are contemplating separation. It’s designed to help parents understand and manage the effects of separation on their children, and how to put their children’s needs first. You’ll receive information and resources on strategies for co-parenting with your ex-partner or other carer, reaching agreement on a parenting plan, and how to navigate the Family Justice System.
